A short film entitled ‘The Alchemy of Olive Oil’ has been produced by Quinta da Ombria, a tourist development based in Querença, Loulé.
The film, which is about the olive oil making process from Quinta da Ombria’s olives, has been published on its website as well as the renowned video website YouTube.
According to a statement from the development, olive oil production will be an annual occurrence at Quinta da Ombria, as well as the making of Medronho, local fire water.
