Olhão council is seeking a €1.1 million bank loan to buy two new school buses, carry out improvements on local roads and replace the artificial pitch of the municipal football stadium.
Mayor António Pina guarantees the loan is within the council’s spending limits and will be attributed before the end of the year.
“The loan is just a way of easing the financial effort,” he explained.
