Motorcycles in Portugal will have to undertake regular inspections (MOTs) from January 1 2022. This new rule comes a decade after an EU directive called for obligatory annual inspections throughout Member States. The government is expected to finalise the law “very soon”, reports SIC, and oblige all motorcycles over 125 cc to undergo periodic inspections.
