Obituary – Trevor Evans 1936-2012
It is with great sadness that I have to announce the very sudden and unexpected death of my wonderful companion, best friend and husband of 35 years.
He was a very gentle, warm and caring man who had many friends both in the Portuguese and expat community. He was well known for his singing at many functions and could entertain with his friendly and relaxed style.
Retiring here 10 years ago, he helped me run the kennels and loved the lifestyle of this wonderful country.
I want to thank my family, my friends, especially Andrew, Lesley, Abi and Chloe, Cynthia, Peter, Ann and Eugenia, and Rashid for their support. Also to commend the doctor, ambulance personnel, the GNR and the Servilusa Agência Funerária, especially Luís Lourenço and Inês Lopes, for their great support at this time.
He will be greatly missed by his sons, Jeremy and Michael, his daughter Lisa, his grandchildren Jake and Megan and everyone who knew him.
Sleep tight darling till we meet again.
