Lagoa Câmara is making an additional €500,000 available to help with the completion of a nursing home being built in Ferragudo.
The municipal authority said the installation of additional equipment, such as heating systems and air conditioning, was still required and the funding would go to this end.
Representing an investment of more than €1.1 million by the State and EU funds, the Centro de Apoio a Idosos de Ferragudo is located at Quinta dos Poços and is expected to be concluded in December.
