Euro MP Nuno Melo is the new president of the CDS/PP party that did so badly in January’s elections that it no longer has a single representative in parliament. The party does however have MPs in the regional archipelagos. Nuno Melo’s ‘strategy’ which won 73% of the votes at this weekend’s party congress ran with the slogan “Time to Construct”.
