The Walk in Wardrobe girls have been busy organising another clothes swapping afternoon in aid of local charities.
The event is taking place on November 21 at Restaurant Fonte de Pedra in Alcalar, north of Penina, the same venue of the last ‘swish’.
With its proximity to Christmas, there will be a number of stalls selling festive gifts as well as the chance to win prizes in a raffle that will be in aid of NECI, a special education school in Praia da Luz.
Ticket sales will be in aid of Nandi animal charity and the organisers are asking everyone to bring a ‘secret santa’ gift for a boy or a girl to be donated to the children at the Lar de Crianças Bom Samaritano children’s home in Alvor. With the chance to swap clothes, get into the Christmas spirit and help local charities, organisers advise those interested in attending to book tickets in advance.
Advanced ticket price is five euros per person. On the door ticket price is seven euros.
