Eighteen months after launching Algarve Computer Centre, Brian Pickford and Mark Rawcliffe have expanded their service arsenal to include iRepairs Algarve.
Listening to the requirements of the public, this new service has been tailored to the needs of iPhone, iPad and iPod users.
“We have become inundated with repairs for iPhones, specifically screens where the iPhone had a disagreement with a floor,” said Mark Rawcliffe.
With replacement screens and batteries in stock, iRepairs Algarve is offering a ‘while you wait’ service and a ‘price match promise’. “We are so sure about our prices that if you can get your device fixed cheaper elsewhere in Portugal, we will match it and refund the difference,” said Brian Pickford. “And if we have the part in stock, we will do the repair while you wait. We will also offer you a coffee!”
In its first week, iRepairs Algarve fixed 10 iPhones – including one on a table in a five-star hotel in Vilamoura – and two iPads with smashed screens.
Repairs are only part of the service. You can now convert your iPhone from its usual black or white to pink, blue, red and even stunning 18 carat gold! “Prices are not that high,” said Brian who was shaking his head at the idea of a gold-plated iPhone. “We can pretty much do whatever you want with your device these days.”
