Responding to the latest trends in eco-friendly systems, the main event at São Brás Museum this summer will feature commercial aspects of ‘green’ technology alongside individual stalls selling a wide variety of carefully crafted and artistic items.
Taking place on July 14 between 7pm and midnight, the ‘Eco Mercadinho’ – Green Market – offers free entrance, international food stalls and music throughout the evening. It is also an opportunity to discover more about different types of renewable energy and up-to-date technology available in the Algarve.
Individual private stall holders pay €10 to take part in the evening and rates for larger commercial stands are available from Vânia Mendonça, who is coordinating the event on behalf of the Amigos do São Brás Museu.
Eco Mercadinho will be a unique occasion providing a sociable summer evening within a worthwhile context.
