The Griffin Bookshop’s Top Ten book, The Wine and Food Lovers’ Guide to PORTUGAL by Charles Metcalfe and Kathy McWhirter, was recently awarded the prestigious Louis Roederer International Wine Book of the Year 2008 prize.
Talking to Robert Wilson recently, author of A Small Death in Lisbon and The Blind Man of Seville crime novel series, he mentioned that the fourth book in the Blind Man series will be published in February 2009. He’s promised to come down from the Alentejo to sign copies of the eagerly-awaited new instalment in the life of Javier Falcon and meet his readers at the Griffin Bookshop.
