Portugal is to organise the first ever European Surfski Championships concurrently with the Europen Masters Cup.
The event, involving over 300 competitors representing 30 countries, is due to be held in August of next year at a venue yet to be disclosed, although the Algarve must have strong claims in view of its spectator potential and extensive ocean front and facilities.
