THE CIVIL governor of the Algarve, Isilda Gomes, has inaugurated the new municipal indoor swimming pool in São Brás de Alportel.
Hundreds of people attended the inauguration of the new facilities on November 22, which represented the completion of the first phase of the council’s sport and leisure park.
The second phase of development includes the construction of an Astroturf football pitch.
