THREE NEW day spa programmes are being launched at the Sofitel Thalassa Vilalara resort in Porches (Lagoa) this month, providing the ideal opportunity to shake off those winter blues and prepare for the onset of spring and summer.
Available to guests staying at the resort and outside clients, the new programmes are ideal for those finding themselves with little spare time to look after their bodies, providing an excellent solution to counteract the rigours of daily life. The three programmes are entitled Anti Stress, A Day in the Clouds and A Day of Extravagance.
The Anti Stress programme includes an optional medical consultation, jet pool session, multi-jet bath, body wrap and a facial (89 euros pp). A Day in the Clouds includes a sea salt peeling session, a jet shower, chocolate therapy (a slimming body wrap using cocoa extract), a therapeutic massage and bubble bath with herbs and essential oils (95 euros pp). A Day of Extravagance includes a sea salt peeling session, facial, jet shower session, beauty treatment for the feet, chocolate therapy, hot stone massage and a meal in the health food restaurant (190 euros pp). As well as the treatments included in the packages, free use of the outdoor heated pool, sauna, fitness suite and mineral water are also included.
