Olhanense have captured former Portimonense attacking midfielder Ivanildo, who has signed for two seasons.
The Guinea international was a target for Vitoria Setubal but preferred to remain in the Algarve.
Other players linked to the club include midfielder Miguel Pedro, previously with Anorthosis (Cyprus), and 24-year old central defender Gonçalo, who was previously on loan at Aves from Academica.
Jorge Gonçalves has left the club after being unable to agree terms.
Fans will be eagerly awaiting next season’s fixtures which are released today (Friday) whilst the players return from their summer break on Monday for medical checks and the start of an intensive period of pre-season conditioning.
