A new restaurant serving “the best of world cuisine” is opening near Pechão, Olhão.
Gunther’s Restaurant, Sabores do Mundo is run by Chef Gunther and his wife Kitty Sousa, who previously had V-Terra Restaurant in Estoi.
The new premises, located 5km from Estoi on the road to Olhão, after Pechão-Montarroios, have allowed the couple to benefit from a larger restaurant area, a sun terrace, private parking and children’s playground.
In the winter, a fireplace will keep guests warm while they indulge in the Chef’s dishes inspired by various world cuisines. During the summer months, families will be able to enjoy the sun terrace while the children have fun in the playground.
The restaurant is a “dream come true” for Chef Gunther, who will now be taking advantage of a large kitchen space and thus continue to treat his customers to his culinary delights.
The couple are inviting everyone to join them for the inauguration party on May 1 at 7pm, where tapas and drinks will be served to the sounds of live music.
