FOOTBALLER, RUI Costa recently presented his most recent Algarve venture, Terraços de Benagil in Lagoa, a complex of 49 homes near the resort of Carvoeiro, which boasts panoramic ocean views.
Costa, who has revealed he would like to expand his real estate ambitions when his football career ends, is linked to the project through his association with businessman João Cruz and property company Garvetur Imobiliária.
