The family-run enterprise now aims to provide owners of second homes in the Algarve with a wide range of services, from key holding and regular house inspections to garden and pool maintenance and house cleaning in readiness for the owners arrival.
Each client can opt for one of Vilar do Jardim’s packages or, if they prefer, can have a service tailor-made to their exact requirements. “Following requests from a number of regular clients to manage their property while they are out of the country, we felt that this was the natural next step for us,” says Managing Director Michael Turner, who was recently joined by his wife Suzy, who will be involved in all aspects of the management.
