LAGOA GNR have recently moved to new premises. The new station, situated on the Francisco Veloso road, next to the Health Centre and the Municipal Auditorium, will provide better working conditions for the officers – a process which has taken 10 years to complete.
Major Sequeira, Public Relations for Portimão GNR, stated that the new station will enable the GNR to provide “an even better service to the population living in the Lagoa area”. A new GNR station is also expected to open in Armação de Pêra before the summer.
