“It has been on my mind to improve the website for a long time so that customers can receive an improved level of experience,” says Rui, owner and manager of Baptista Supermarket. He hopes the website will make things simpler for customers. “If you want to add notes like the brand or even the type of brown bread you prefer, put a note with your order, and we’ll take care of the rest.”
Baptista’s website now details company history, contact information, and most importantly it includes pictures and text to guide you through the shopping process.
