New hotel aims high

Cascais gained a new hotel recently when the Hotel Cascais Miragem, part of the Grupo José Cristovão, opened its doors. Overlooking the ocean, the 200 room hotel has spectacular views of Cascais Bay and the marina. There are 11 meeting rooms with capacity to host 800 delegates. And, once the conference is over, guests can choose to relax in one of the three restaurants, two bars or plunge into the infinity pool. A spokesman from the hotel explained: “Cascais Miragem is in a fantastic location and offers a high level of service and hospitality. Our aim is to be one of the best hotels in Portugal.”
