A health club offering a variety of “health and wellness” services will be officially opening on Monday, July 6 at the Pestana Vila Sol Hotel in Vilamoura.
Services offered include sports physiotherapy and massages, dietary advice and personal training.
Entitled Energise Sports Therapy, Health & Fitness, the club will be holding a number of free classes before the official opening, starting next Monday (June 29).
