Those looking to get fit or keep fit will now be able to make the most of the facilities at the newly opened Active Q Gym located at roundabout two in Quinta do Lago.
The concept of the gym was originally conceived in 2010 by personal trainer and fitness consultant Graham Morgan and has been designed to encourage guests and residents to turn exercise into something pleasurable.
Part of the concept is to provide users with an opportunity to exercise among nature and a large outdoor studio will be hosting a programme of classes and activities in conjunction with the indoor facilities that house all the latest exercise equipment.
