A new gym is to open to the public at the Cascade Wellness and Lifestyle Resort, Lagos on December 1.
The first 100 one-year memberships bought will receive 30% discount.
Equipped by technogym, the gym will include cardio, fitness and weight training classes, including body pump, spinning, yoga, and more.
Outdoor activities will offer performance sport academies in tennis, led by former professional Stefan Edberg, and football, headed by Swedish football manager Sven-Göran Eriksson, and coached by ex-professional player Mark McCarrick.
Additional recreational sports include a golf practice range, with putting green and chipping areas, with a path for walking, running and biking, around the perimeters.
