Suites Alba Resort & Spa in Carvoeiro has appointed a new general director.
Paulo Joseph Rodrigues has joined the team at the luxury resort boasting an unspoilt clifftop setting above Albandeira beach.
The new general director has 12 years’ experience in the hotel and catering industry, having worked at several four and five star hotels, such as the Hotel Villa Del Parco & Spa in Sardinia where he was also general director, at the Italian Grupo Eleganzia where he fulfilled the role of sales and marketing director and, nationally, at the Hotel da Falperra, Braga, and Hotel de Lamego.
Paulo Rodrigues says he is keen to develop the image of Suites Alba as “a luxury resort offering unique products and experiences”.
He admits the investment of former Portuguese football star Luís Figo and Algarve businessman Paulo China in the resort are determining to its success.
