Arte Algarve will be exhibiting paintings, sculptures, ceramics and other works of art at the refurbished Santo António building in Monchique.
One of the oldest buildings in Monchique, the gallery opening is part of Monchique Câmara president Rui André’s strategy of improving the lifestyle for those in his municipality.
The first exhibition will be held on February 12 with paintings by Lisbon artist Xico Fran and sculptures by German sculptor Cony Welcker.
