Famous Portuguese Fado singer Carminho will be performing at São Brás de Alportel’s Jardim da Verbena tonight (Friday) at 10pm.
The free to enter concert, to mark the 98th anniversary of São Brás de Alportel as a council, is expected to attract a large crowd eager to listen to the soulful voice of Carminho, who will be singing songs from her latest album Alma.
Her first album Fado was voted Best Album of 2011 by British magazine Songlines.
