REVEREND HAYNES Hubbard was officially licensed by Bishop Geoffrey Rowell, in a ceremony at Nossa Senhora de Fátima church in Almancil, at the weekend.
He will be the official reverend of the three St Vincent’s congregations in the Algarve. Among the 90-strong congregation were his wife and three children.
