An old factory near Lagos marina has been re-built to create 50 apartments, representing an investment of 16 million euros by the MSF group.
According to the developers, the new accommodation complex, called A Fábrica, which covers 8,000sqm, has been constructed to “combine the original charm of the factory building with modern and luxurious finishes”.
The new complex has 90 parking spaces as well as a communal garden area and swimming pool.
A number of apartments also have pre-installation for a jacuzzi on their verandas.
