ALFA, the Association for Literature and Film in the Algarve, has a new English section leader.
Long standing Algarve resident Jenny Grainer has taken on the role and is holding her first ALFA literary event at the Convento S. José in Lagoa on Wednesday, December 7 at 2.30pm.
Jenny Grainer has some ideas of how she would like to take the programme forward and welcomes others to join her in helping ALFA continue to thrive and increase.
ALFA founder Barbara Fellgiebel is now planning a trip to Sweden to introduce and develop the ALFA concept there.
