New airport strike “may affect passengers”

A strike by airport security staff is likely to affect passengers travelling in and out of Portugal via Lisbon, Porto and Faro tomorrow. ANA airports authority has admitted that “the processing of passengers could suffer delays”. Advice is for people to check-in “much earlier than usual” at any of the country’s airports. This is the latest strike since August, when industrial action by security personnel caused travel chaos for thousands,
