LAGOA’S NEW Netto superstore will be opening its doors to the public this Saturday, August 12. The store specialises in household products such as decoration, stationery, utilities, glass, textiles, perfumes, picture frames, gifts, crockery and wickerwork.
The store has been taken on by Spanish franchise group, Euro e Companhia, in conjunction with the Os Mosqueteiros group that oversees supermarkets such as Intermarché and Bricomarché. The store will open from 8.30am until 8pm daily.
Members of staff at the store are confident that everything will be ready for its official opening this weekend and that the quality and cost of the products available will make the store a success.
The store slogan reads ‘Many ideas for your house at low prices’, aiming to promote a commonsense approach to retailing, advocating “why pay more when you can pay less?” The uncluttered lay out of the shop should make quick and easy shopping for all those looking for household products. The Netto store is located in-between the ‘elephant’ car wash and the Lagoa Bombeiros building.
