Navy deactivates two mortar grenades ‘left’ on cliffs at Cabo da Roca

Naval explosive experts successfully de-activated two mortar grenades, discovered on the cliffs of Cabo da Roca on Saturday evening. It is believed they will have been left there “by someone who had them as souvenirs of the Armed Forces”, and no longer wanted them. Say reports: “The Navy warns anyone finding these explosives not to handle them, and alert authorities”.
