Nativity city!

Nativity city!

Tavira’s Church of St Paul (Igreja São Paulo) is the place to head for if you love nativity scenes.

Father Miguel Neto has put together a colourful exhibition of scenes from throughout the borough, which will be running through to the New Year.

An initiative promoted by Artgilão and support by all local parishes, 17 religious institutions and a number of civic organisations, it’s designed to make people aware of the ‘importance of Christmas nativity scenes, and the message of Pope Francis about them’.
