This week we have selected two pictures sent in by readers to be entered into the ‘My Best Friend’ photo competition.
Is your four-legged friend the photogenic type? The Algarve Resident, in association with APAA, is launching the ‘My Best Friend’ photo competition as part of the Scruffts 2011 event.
All you have to do is send us a high quality photograph of your dog(s), which will be put under public scrutiny on the day of the Scruffts event.
A selection of the photos sent in by our readers will also be published regularly in the Algarve Resident up to the day of the event.
An independent panel of judges, including a professional photographer, will be voting for the three best photos in the photo competition at Scruffts.

 Deborah Williams from Lagos sent us this photo. She said: “This is my eight year old dog Bibi. She has lived with me now for seven years. I have chosen this picture as it is her at her happiest. She likes nothing better than swimming in the Barragem retrieving sticks.” |
