This Friday (March 4) will mark the world premiere of a new musical work by Portuguese composer and conductor Armando Mota at Lagoa’s municipal auditorium from 9.30pm.
It will be interpreted by the Orquestra de Câmara Portuguesa, with clarinetist António Saiolote taking the spotlight as the soloist.
Also on the programme are works by Benjamin Britten and Anton Dvorak.
Mota promises a “great experience for music lovers” and says “it’s hard to find concerts better than this one even in renowned places such as Lisbon’s Gulbenkian and CCB”.
