Around 30,000 motorbike fans are expected to gather in Faro between July 15 and 18 at the 29th annual motorbike festival and already big names from the music world have been confirmed for the event.
Headlining the festival, that takes place at Vale das Almas, will be Roger Hodgson, formerly of Supertramp, while other bands from across Europe will also be performing at the popular festival including Spanish band Ojos de Brujo, Portuguese act Blasted Mechanism and German rockers Contracrash.
Along with live music the festival offers guests the opportunity to watch bike shows, take part in tattoo and wet t-shirt contests, professional stands and erotic shows each evening.
Tickets to the festival cost 40 euros per person which includes camping throughout the event and entrance to all live shows, an official goody bag, free bus transport between Faro and the site and entry into competitions.
