THE TRIAL of two French citizens, Corinne Gaspar and Thierry Beille, who are accused of killing André Le Floch in August 2006, was due to begin on Wednesday in Lagos.
Gaspar and her half brother were formally accused of first degree murder, desecration and concealment of a corpse, and theft on July 9 this year. Le Floch was found dead on board his trimaran vessel, the Intermezzo, by maritime police on August 17. The pair will be represented by lawyer Dr António Vilar.
