Cepsa has recently announced that another set of service stations will open soon on the Olhão motorway roundabout, on the A22. The first two Cepsa forecourts opened on either side of the Silves – Lagoa stretch of the motorway last month. “We hope to open the new service stations by the beginning of the Euro 2004 football tournament,” technician Pedro Cardoso revealed. Despite his optimism, the opening date has to be approved by the Instituto das Estradas Portugal, which should announce its decision shortly.
