Development and coaching experts Seeds of Change are hosting a motivational workshop for women on Friday October 30.
All women in the Algarve are invited to take part in the inaugural course, which is being held in partnership with Network, the association for women working in the Algarve.
Seeds of Change is a team of three women with expert training in personal and professional development.
Suzi Steinhofel and Shirley Emilio are both directors of their own successful businesses here in the Algarve. Jan Russell Dexter has worked around Europe as a professional life coach and writer. The three women have also had the opportunity to train with experts in the field such as Paul McKenna, Tony Robbins, Barbara Sher and Richard Bandler.
Now this trio has decided to come together to share their training and advice with women in the region in a motivational workshop, Creating Your Own Future.
During this short course, they plan to cover aspects of brain and mind training that will enable the participants to have a clearer grasp of what they want their future to hold and how they can successfully achieve it.
You will learn how to ‘declutter’ your brain from old and tired ways of working and replace them with new actions that can lead you to achieve more.
Mind movies
Trio Seeds of Change will teach techniques such as “mind movies” and employ their psychological knowledge with an understandable, practical approach.
Taking part in the workshop is an opportunity for both learning development and networking with other businesswomen in the Algarve.
The course will be held at the Hotel Júpiter in Praia da Rocha from 9.15am to 4pm. The cost is 25 euros for members of Network, AFPOP and BPCC and 30 euros for non-members, which includes the price of a light lunch. Early booking is advised.
