To celebrate Portuguese Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 7, Vila Vita Parc in Porches is suggesting a memorable day that starts with “a relaxed and delicious brunch for the most important woman in our lives”.
To mark the date, the brunch proposal is special and differentiated from the menu that the Bela Vita Brasserie and Bar usually offers every Sunday. Although it continues to include an exclusive selection of breakfast classics, on this day the showcooking station has the addition of an exclusive Mozzarella Bar with burratas, burratinas, mozzarella, tomato and focaccias, or the fish and shrimp spring kebabs with crispy vegetable salad, citrus and quinoa; the dessert and bakery station also has novelties such as the raspberry red velvet cake or the almond and apricot profiteroles.
Brunch is available from 12.30pm. The menu costs €85 per person, excluding drinks, and mothers will benefit from a 50% discount when accompanied by their children.
Says Vila Vita Parc, brunch could be followed by a beauty treatment or a massage at Vila Vita Spa by Sisley Paris or an afternoon of shopping at the resort’s V-Life shops.
