MOT scam Suspects rebailed again

Seamus and Paula Montgomery, the Algarve residents who were arrested on suspicion of fraud after their alleged involvement in a scam involving MOT certificates, have again been rebailed by police in the UK.

A spokesman from Essex police told the Algarve Resident that both suspects have been rebailed until July 26.

Paula and Seamus Montgomery were arrested by police in England on November 3, 2010 after their alleged involvement in a million pound scam concerning the issuing of British MOT certificates.
