Business people from across the Algarve attended the launch of the latest Santander Totta banking product, a mortgage solution for UK residents looking to buy a second home in Portugal.
The product was launched at the Quinta do Lago branch of the bank by Simon Perks, the deputy general manager of Santander Totta, London Branch.
Strengths of this particular mortgage were outlined by Simon Perks as including “all documentation is available in English, all lending is governed by UK law and finance is available for individuals buying properties held in Delaware and UK companies”.
