Morrissey made a triumphant return to the stage at the Royal Albert hall on October 27.
The rock star had been hospitalised after collapsing onstage with breathing difficulties during a performance in Swindon as part of his UK tour.
Morrissey showed no sign of difficulty in performing as he kicked off the show with worldwide hit This Charming Man, by his former band The Smiths.
Although Morrissey made a few sly references to Swindon, his only direct reference to the incident was when he told the crowd: “The doctor said I shouldn’t smile. I told him I don’t.”
At the end of fourth track, How Soon Is Now?, the singer also mock-collapsed on the floor, but picked himself up after the song had ended, announcing: “Thank you Swindon.”
