Security on Algarve beaches was bolstered on May 25 with another 26 lifeguards.
Portimão Maritime Police Commander Cruz Martins said: “These new lifeguards completed a training course in Lagos organised by the Instituto de Socorros a Náufragos, ISN, the Sea Rescue Institute.”
