A night walk from Loulé to Querença is taking place on August 3. The initiative is being organised by environmental association Almargem and the ‘Querença Project’ team.
Participants should meet at the Almargem office at 7pm for the 12km walk, which is expected to take four hours and have a medium-to-high difficulty. A spokesman for Almargem said: “Walkers will have the opportunity to see the sun set while a full moon will light the way to Querença.” Participants are asked to take a torch, comfortable clothing and shoes, water and a light snack.
