Ratings agency Moody’s has upgraded the outlook of motorway concession Brisa, from stable to positive following the road concession’s “improved operational performance”.
In addition to improving Brisa’s outlook, Moody’s maintains its rating on the company’s senior secured debt at Baa1 and its provisional rating for the programme to issue €3 billion in medium-term bonds, writes Lusa.
