Money raised for Pirilampos

MEMBERS OF the St. Andrew’s Society recently had a fun night at Porches Pottery, with a treasure hunt in the garden and raffle, followed by supper prepared by Julie Garrett. The proceeds of the night were donated to the Pirilampos children’s home in Albufeira. The members of the St. Andrew’s Society raised 270 euros and Morag Richardson of Porches Pottery generously rounded the total up to 300 euros. Allison Hohnbaum of the St. Andrew’s Society went along with Morag to the children’s home and presented the money to Peta Birch, who runs Pirilampos.
