A public forum to discuss the local action plan for Monchique is taking place tomorrow (Saturday) from 3pm to 5pm in the town’s Caixa Agrícola. The Local Agenda 21 forum, held in Portuguese and English, aims to promote the sustainable development of Monchique by defining and setting out a strategy for the area. The forum is being organised by the A Nossa Terra Environmental Association in conjunction with Monchique Câmara. This is the second public forum in Monchique and will provide an opportunity to discuss the priorities for the area and revisit items from the previous agenda.
