Monchique handicraft fair “Artechique” returns tomorrow (Wednesday) but under a new format to comply with DGS health authority recommendations.
Now called “Artechique no Quintal”, the fair will take place from August 25 to 29 and this time local artisans will move into the backyard (“quintal”) of the local parish council building to showcase their work.
The fair opens each day at 10am and runs until 7pm. Entrance is free, and visitors will be handed a coupon for a chance to win a unique handmade item by one of the exhibitors.
