An earthquake measuring 3.2 on the Richter scale was felt at its full intensity in Silves and Lagoa on Saturday morning (March 15).
According to the Portuguese Institute of Sea and Atmosphere, the quake was registered at 10.46am with its epicentre just 30km off the coast of Albufeira.
There were no injuries and no damage reported.
